Drag and drop pages into a new order, remove the ones you don't need, and save.

Pages end up in the wrong order all the time: a scanner feeds a stack upside down, an appendix gets merged at the front instead of the back, or a signed page comes back separately and lands at the end of the file. Retyping or re-exporting the document isn't an option, but rearranging it should take seconds. PDFDoco's Organize PDF tool shows every page as a thumbnail you can simply drag into place, remove, or restore — on a computer or a phone — and saves the result without uploading your file anywhere.
Every page appears as a numbered thumbnail in its current order.
Drag with a mouse, or press and hold on touch screens, then drop the page where it belongs.
Tap the X on any page to remove it. Changed your mind? Restore it with one tap.
Your document is rebuilt in exactly the order you see and downloads instantly.
Smooth reordering with mouse, touch, or keyboard — pages slide out of the way as you move.
Restore removed pages, reverse the order, or reset everything before downloading.
Runs in your browser. Pages are moved, never re-rendered, so quality is untouched.
Double-sided documents scanned on a single-sided scanner are the classic problem: all the front sides come first, followed by the back sides in reverse order. Use Reverse to flip the order in one click, then drag the pages to interleave them. Blank backs, separator sheets, and accidental double feeds can be removed with a tap, leaving a clean, correctly ordered file.
When a document is pieced together from several sources — a cover page from marketing, financials from accounting, a signed agreement from legal — the merged file rarely comes out in the right sequence. Merge everything first, then open it here to move the executive summary to the front, push appendices to the back, and drop outdated pages before you send it to a client.
Readers trust documents that flow logically. A contract with its signature page in the middle, a manual with chapter five before chapter four, or a portfolio with your best work buried on page twelve all create friction. A few seconds spent organizing pages makes a document easier to read, easier to review, and far more professional.
Unlike tools that rebuild every page from scratch, PDFDoco rearranges pages inside your original document. Text stays selectable, images keep their full quality, and links and form fields remain attached to the pages they belong to. The only thing that changes is the order.
Pro tip: after reorganizing, add page numbers with our Add Page Numbers tool so the new order is easy to reference in meetings and reviews.
Press and hold a page for a moment until it lifts, then drag it to its new position and let go. A short swipe still scrolls the page normally, so you won't move anything by accident.

Yes. Pages are rearranged inside your original document rather than copied into a new one, so hyperlinks, fillable form fields, and other interactive elements stay attached to their pages.
No. Pages are moved as they are — nothing is re-rendered or compressed — so text stays sharp and searchable and images keep their original quality.
Yes, until you download. Removed pages wait in the tray below the grid; tap one to put it back at the end of the document, then drag it wherever you like.
Organize PDF combines both with reordering in a single view. Use it when you need to move pages around; use Delete PDF Pages or Extract PDF Pages for quick one-off removals or selections.
